Personalized Training Plans

Sedentary behaviors including prolonged periods of sitting and watching television have been shown to increase the incidence of chronic disease and mortality. As such, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) stresses the importance of physical activity as a crucial component of long-term health. Specifically, areas of focus encompass cardiovascular activity, strength and resistance training, balance, and flexibility. 

Clients will have the opportunity to have an initial one-hour fitness evaluation by one of our fitness coaches. Based on this assessment, we will create an individualized program which will include regular one-on-one 30 or 60-minute personal training sessions, as well as guidance on specific fitness regimens which can performed between sessions. We will also be able to arrange small group or family session which may improve motivation and compliance. All sessions will take place in our air-conditioned, state-of-the-art functional fitness area.
